Last winter I had my first crack at Mary Berry's recipe for tarte au citron. I failed miserably. The pastry was falling apart before i could even get it in the tin, when I had finally managed that, it cracked during the blind bake and as a result the filling leaked out etc etc. 
Last week i built up the courage to have another attempt with much better results. The pastry a bit over and the filling a bit under but a wonderfull tasting tarte nonetheless.
